These will highlight payments to suppliers and outgoings on the captain's credit card, all of which we manage. SYM were first employed as our yacht managers in 2012. Since then they have been an integral part of our yachting experience, for our 88ft to the 115ft we currently have. They take care of all Captain and Crew recruitment and have produced some truly exceptional personnel who have maximised our yachting experiences throughout the years. In addition, they have been on hand to deal with stressful issues such as quick crew turnaround in unforeseen circumstances.
Secondly, SYM produce accurate budget and actual financial accounts each month. They have worked with us through the years, learning our spending habits in order to produce a more and more specific budget each season, which is important to us so that we are able to very accurately forecast and be confident of our expenditures, ahead of each season.
Moreover, SYM have been absolutely exceptional in working with our Captain and Engineer to undertake repairs onboard. Without SYM, we would have had to deal with this issue in an industry that we have little experience and I am certain that we would not have achieved the same results.
